Everyone will enjoy Chefs Choice Yellow sweet, citrus-like flavor with just the right amount of acid and the perfect tomato texture. Like others in the Chefs Choice tomato series, the Yellows giant 6- to 7-inch, 10-ounce fruit size, produces more than 30 tomatoes on its disease (Fusarium wilt, verticillium wilt, tomato mosiac virus, crack, and scab) resistant 5-foot indeterminate vines. Sow seeds for transplant about 5 weeks before setting out in frost free garden setting. Transplant in a sunny location in 5-foot rows with a 15- to 18-inch spacing. Harvest the boat-shaped fruit when they reach a deep yellow color but are still slightly firm to the touch. Enjoy fresh or cooked in soups and sauces.
